Confirmation class is held on Sunday mornings from 9:00 - 10:00 from September through May. 

Students of grades six, seven and eight are the correct age to learn about  the beliefs of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod.  The six cheif parts of Martin Luther's Small Catechism is the basis ofr the class.  The six parts are:

The Ten Commandments
The Apostle's Creed
The Lord's Prayer
Sacrament of Baptism
Office of Keys and Confession
Sacrament of the Altar

Students also complete two summaries of the pastor's sermon, one each year.  After the two years and resting on the material covered, the student is confirmed and formally becomes an adult member of the congregation.  The confirmation service is held on Pentecost Sunday.
